Amazing home in Perstorp with sauna

Cottage in undisturbed location on a hill with beautiful lake view of Bjärrödsjön. Occasionally you can watch moose coming out of the forest and drinking water by the lake.

The owner tells: The land around the cottage was owned by my grandparents. In the 70's a good friend of my grandfather got the land for his 50th birthday. This person was a master builder and built a recreational house for himself in the original design and with beautiful details. When he died, my parents bought the house. In the 90's they put in electricity and water to the house and expanded the house with a bathroom and an additional bedroom. When we took over the cottage six years ago, we refreshed the outside and renewed it with the fireplace stove. In 2017 we built a new terrace and laid a new floor in the older part of the house. 20 m from the house we have built a windbreak.
