The site said sound proof rooms. They weren't kidding. Couldn't hear anything from the rooms next door and could hardly hear anything from outside (like car doors closing or horn beeps when someone locked their car doors. It was a nice peaceful night to end our trip home.

Booked 5 days and selected the wrong dates. On arrival I had to rebook for the days I needed but staff was unable to do anything and said to wait for manager approval. 4 days pass no manager ever shows up and out of over $400 having to double-pay. Zero regard for the situation or any real solution other than “sorry you’re SOL”

Overall, it was a good stay and a value. We had a couple of hiccups. Firstly, our TV wasn’t working, but the sweet lady Haily came and helped fix it. Worked perfectly after that. Secondly, our shampoo and conditioner dispensers in our shower were completely empty. Other than that, it was good. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Bed was comfy but the pillows were “fun sized” small.
