Lovely apartment, excellent location.
Claudie met us at the train and gave us a quick tour of the area before taking us to the apartment, where she provided even more information about local sites and bus availability. The apartment is well situated, very clean and nicely decorated with a very good shower and a comfortable bed. Easy walk to everything in town and close to the 1euro bus stop for the 400 line to Collioure. We were very pleased with our stay and Claudie is absolutely wonderful. We would not hesitate to book here again.

Acceuil chaleureux et propriétaire disponible en cas de problème.
Appartement conforme à l’annonce, mais à signaler que c'est un rez de jardin et que l'absence de fenêtres empêche de ventiler ce logement. En cette période de canicule, l’atmosphère intérieure était étouffante et moite( une climatisation serait la bienvenue) ,merci à la propriétaire de nous avoir fourni un ventilateur qui fut le bienvenu pour mieux dormir.
Avons bien profité des bus régionaux à 1€ pour visiter Collioure, Banyuls, arrêt à 10 mn à pieds. Plein d'autres possibilités, se renseigner à l’office du tourisme.

Good location for Perpignan and surroundings
Friendly, pleasant and very informative welcome by Claudie. Well equipped, attractive, clean and quiet accommodation in Perpignan with secure parking. Shopping and bus stop to the coast nearby. The city and historical surroundings are very interesting - don't miss the Memorial Museum near Rivesaltes. The rocky coast near the border to Spain is stunning; we loved Banyuls and a trip into the hills and ancient vineyards nearby. The dramatic Pyrenees are accessible, also by bus. We recommend this accommodation. Thank you Claudie!

Situé proche du centre ville, l'appartement est très agréable, confortable, et bien équipé.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour.
Mme Cartade est toujours disponible en cas de besoin et n'est pas avare de suggestions des meilleurs coins de la région.
