Located near the medieval town of Pérouges, this large, independent gîte with a surface area of 200m², on two levels, is set on an enclosed plot with a terrace, garden and courtyard allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoors. On the ground floor, direct access to a large, bright living-dining room with a wood-burning stove. A functional and well-equipped kitchen. One bedroom (2 single beds), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC (separate), accessible to people with reduced mobility. Laundry room. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, one with a private shower room and WC, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, library area and television). A bathroom (bathtub and double sinks) and separate WC. Electric underfloor heating. A garage (2 cars). Renovated in 2013. The plus of this gîte: electricity, cleaning included, sheets and towels provided. Mobile network on the first floor and outside. Good internet speed. To discover: the medieval city of Pérouges, the Bird Park in Villars-les-Dombes, the Route de la Dombes, the Labalme caves, Lyon 35 km away. Old house transformed into a totally independent Gite but very close to our residence
