Ideally located in the heart of the Vaucluse, close to many hiking trails in the Vaucluse mountains, this house will be the perfect base for your stay. Comfortably accommodating 4 travellers, the house is composed of 2 beautiful bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. You will also enjoy the 200 m² garden and its private swimming pool! We promise you an unforgettable stay! Sheets provided, towels on request. The gîte is not suitable for children.

The house is on one level and is presented as follows:

- Living room with 2 sofas, TV, dining table.
- Kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery...

- Separate toilet.

- Bedroom 1: queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 2: king-size double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), convertible into 2 single beds on request.
- Bathroom with shower, washing machine, tumble dryer.

- Private unheated swimming pool, 6 m x 3 m, accessible all year round (not secured).
- Private terrace of 15 m² facing east/west, equipped with garden furniture and a plancha.
- Private garden of 200 m² with 4 deckchairs, 2 chiliennes, all shaded by a straw hut and an olive tree.

The house is located in a very pleasant area in the countryside, 1.7 km from the village centre. You will also be close to all the shops: bakery, butcher's, mini-market, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

10 km away in the village of Monteux you will find the Wave Island water park, the Parc Spirou and a lake.
20 min from Avignon, 15 min from Isle-sur-Sorgue and Fontaine de Vaucluse, 10 min from Carpentras, 20 min from Cavaillons, 45 min from Mont Ventoux, close to Gordes and the Ochres de Roussillon. Many small train stations will allow you to go to Avignon for example without taking the car!

Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Property

We stayed at Dame Tartine in late September, so a little outside pal holiday times. Everything about the holiday was as advertised. Mia and Christophe, our hosts were very friendly and welcoming and communicated really well. The property was well equipped, comfortable, spotlessly clean and well thought out. As the pool was unheated, it was rather cool, which is to be expected in late September. WiFi coverage was very good. The gite was a 20-25 minute walk from the centre of the village or a 5 minutes drive. Although Pernes la Fontaine is not a big place, it is very traditional, friendly with enough bars, cafes and restaurants to provide sufficient choice as well as being home to 3 or 4 very good boulangeries. When planning a holiday in Provence in the future, will certainly look at renting this gite again.

Dame Tartine "Gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, sehr empfehlenswert 🙂 Sehr nettes und gemütliches Ferienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliche und nette Vermieter. Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar geklappt. Das Haus ist so wie auf den Bildern, ist absolut sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Garten mit Terrasse und Liegen. Den Pool konnten wir allerdings wetterbedingt nicht nutzen, obwohl es sehr verlockend gewesen wäre. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. 🙁 fällt uns nichts ein"

Dame Tartine "Wunderbare Oase 🙂 Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche hier im Ferienhaus. Es fehlte uns (fast) an nichts. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und erwähnenswert sauber. Wir konnten nach 2 Tagen Mistral sogar den Pool nutzen und die Ruhe in den Liegestühlen genießen. In Pernes-les-Fontaines kann man sich mit den notwendigen Lebensmitteln versorgen und in einer Handvoll Geschäften sogar ein bisschen shoppen gehen. Ansonsten ist der Ort ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgegend, egal ob zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder per Auto. Die äußerst freundlichen Gastgeber leben direkt nebenan, was wir aber erst bei der Abreise erfahren haben. 🙁 WLAN schwach, TV nur französisch, also auch kein Netflix etc. Was aber auch mal ganz o.k. ist..."
