Welcome to our bright and cozy apartment, recently renovated, with beautiful views of Lake Como and Bellagio. Located on the first floor of a quiet condominium in Perledo, above Varenna, it is ideal for groups of up to 4 people who want to relax admiring breathtaking views or explore the wonders of the lake.
The compact but well-organized apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The airy and cozy living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals. The double bedroom has a queen size bed, while the bathroom, accessible from the living room, is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine.
Position
Perledo is an enchanting hilly village, perfect for those looking for tranquility without sacrificing the proximity of tourist resorts such as Varenna. From Varenna, you can easily reach other destinations on Lake Como thanks to the trains and ferries that connect the main countries. However, it is good to know that the pedestrian path between Perledo and Varenna is steep and can be challenging for those who are not used to walking. During summer, there is a shuttle service until late in the evening, while a public bus connects Perledo to Varenna all year round, although with limited hours, especially on holidays.
Private parking is not available, but there are public parking spaces nearby. Please note that during the high season it may be more difficult to find parking.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
