Estuvimos 9 dias y la verdad, fue muy buena experiencia. Sólo destacariamos dos cosas a mejorar: el baño pequeño huele muy mal y no lo usamos y el comedor no tiene aire acondicionado y pasamos mucho calor. Sólo hay aire en las habitaciones.

Klare Empfehlung: Haus und Lage top - Betreuung vor Ort sehr gut

Die Zeit vor Ort war vom ersten Tag an wunderbar. Wir wurden von Alfred herzlich in Empfang genommen. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern (mindestens). Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Der Wohnraum ist großzĂŒgig. Die KĂŒche ist top ausgestattet. Ein zweiter KĂŒhlschrank fĂŒr GetrĂ€nke ist vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist ĂŒberdacht und mit Tischen und StĂŒhle gut ausgestattet. Wir haben immer draußen gegessen. Im Gartenhaus fanden wir sowohl einen Kohle- wie auch einen Gasgrill zur Nutzung. Der Pool wurde 2x pro Woche professionell gereinigt (inkl. Wassertest!). Alfred und Valerie waren bei Fragen und SonderwĂŒnschen immer behilflich und haben alles möglich gemacht. Der bewachte und eingezĂ€unte Golfplatz ist gut gepflegt. Es war tagsĂŒber wie auch Abends sehr ruhig. Der Ort Perelada ist wunderbar pittoresk und hat tolle kleine LĂ€den (super BĂ€ckerei im Ortskern). Zu den großen SupermĂ€rkten am Stadtrand von Figures sind es nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Markt (Donnerstag) ist sehenswert. Insgesamt ist Perelada ein guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge. Zum Meer sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren (ca. 20 Minuten). Die StrĂ€nde rund um Empuriabrava sind weitlĂ€ufig und kein bisschen ĂŒberlaufen. Zusammengefasst: die Zeit vor Ort war wunderschön und wir können das Haus nur wĂ€rmstens empfehlen!

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub in einem ebenso wunderschönen Haus. Die Übergabe und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin verlief völlig unkompliziert und war sehr angenehm. Excellentes Anwesen

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt dort. Das Anwesen hat sehr viel Platz, man ist fĂŒr sich. Die KĂŒche war sehr gut ausgestattet und der Pool ist ebenso sehr schön. Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub hier verbringen durften. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir sind gerade nach einem zweiwöchigem Aufenthalt abgereist. Kurz zusammengefasst: es war klasse! Sehr gerĂ€umiges Haus mit 3 vollwertigen Schlafzimmern (alles Doppelbetten mit guten Matratzen
) sowie einem offenen Raum (Empore mit Doppelbett), der aber von unten nicht einsichtig ist. Toller Außenbereich mit tollem Pool. Klimaanlage gibt es im Haus nur in den 3 Schlafzimmern. Wir haben die Klimaanlage trotz warmen Wetters gar nicht benutzt, da das Haus trotz 30 Grad Außentemperatur angenehm kĂŒhl war. In der Empore ist ein Ventilator. Die Temperatur dort war noch okay. Zugang per sehr kleiner Spindeltreppe, aber okay. Wir fanden die Lage des Hauses sehr angenehm. Toll aussehende freistehende EinfamilienhĂ€user mit Pool. Das Golfplatz-Areal, auf dem sich das Haus befindet, ist nachts nur durch eine bewachte Zufahrt zu betreten, dadurch hatte man das GefĂŒhl der absoluten Sicherheit. Beim 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernten Ort Peralada fĂŒhlt man sich ins Mittelalter versetzt. Einfach nur klasse. GefĂŒhlt kein Tourismus, tolle Restaurants. StrĂ€nde ca. 25 Minuten entfernt, Parken war nirgendwo ein Problem. Wir haben viele verschiedene StrĂ€nde ausprobiert nahe Roses und Llanca abseits des Tourismus. Genial! Man könnte noch viel mehr schreiben. PS: auf den Fotos vom Haus sieht man eine Ledercouch und einen quadratischen Tisch. Beides mĂŒssen alte Fotos sein. Es gibt ein Stoffsofa und weitere Sitzgelegenheiten, außerdem den langen tollen Esstisch. Aber völlig egal. Toller Urlaub!

SĂ©jour en famille

La villa est parfaite pour des vacances en famille (nous Ă©tions 4 adultes et 4 enfants). Les prestations d’un bon standing (piscine, chambres climatisĂ©es, BBQ, Ă©lectromĂ©nager, entretien extĂ©rieur et intĂ©rieur inclus...) nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre sĂ©jour. De plus, la localisation nous a permis de profiter des environs : quartier rĂ©sidentiel Ă  20’ des plages et d’aquabrava (parc aquatique), 15’ de Figueres (La rambla, centres commerciaux...). Nous remercions particuliĂšrement ValĂ©rie et son Ă©poux qui ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©actifs et ont su rĂ©pondre entiĂšrement Ă  nos demandes. À refaire sans hĂ©siter.
