Very disappointing !! they cancelled my reservation while I was traveling there, and after putting a hold on my credit card. They said they called me several times, but that is a BIG lie. I would not trust on these people. Would not recommend this place to no one.

Estimado huésped. Lamentamos mucho el overbook en su reserva. En temporada alta pueden llegar reservas simultáneas por las plataformas, por eso las reservas de última hora deben confirmarse telefónicamente. Es importante aclarar que nunca se hizo ningún cargo a su tarjeta ya que los pagos se hacen en el hotel. Lo esperamos en una próxima oportunidad.
