We paid for a double room with 2 beds but when we got there they said they ran out of rooms with double beds. I had paid for my double bed room and they gave me a single room and no discount or fairness

El lugar tiene buena ubicación, está en todo el centro de Pereira. La habitación es más bien pequeña, la tina de agua es solar así que en nuestra estadía no contamos con agua caliente. El citofono no servía, aunque no fue necesario. Tener el cuenta que la puerta de entrada siempre está cerrada, hay que esperar que te abran desde adentro a cualquier hora.

Buen hotel con detalles para corregir

Basados en el catalogo, en el cual se aprecia una habitación amplia con una cama doble y una sencilla, solicite la reserva, y nos asignaron una habitación muy estrecha con un camarote y una cama sencilla con un espacio entre camas de 30 cmts, bastante incomodo. En la habitación contigua han hospedado dos personas quienes no respetaron la tranquilidad y no nos permitieron descanso en la noche, parece que tenían mucho que hablar y pasamos mala noche por ser las divisiones en panel yeso parecía que estuviesen en nuestra habitación. La atención la califico como excelente, la ubicacion del hotel ideal, pero la estadia no fue de nuestro agrado.
