Hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of which the GR 22, the manor of Courboyer Nocé, home of the Regional Park of Perche, is 3 km, forests, ponds, recreation center, equestrian walks and hiking are possible nearby.
Ground floor: living room (sofa bed 2 people) with kitchen and beautiful view of the countryside, wc. Floor by spiral staircase: attic bedroom (double bed) with sitting area and 2nd TV, bathroom with shower and bath + wc. Washer dryer. Outdoor space 20m². For your comfort, linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is included and the bed is made upon arrival. Cottage classified 3 ears GDF.

gîte très confortable , propre, calme, avec une vue apaisante.
Aménagé et décoré avec bon goût que ce soit à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur.
Les propriétaires sont discrètes et très sympa.
