This lakefront cabin has 2 King bedrooms, 2 twin XL beds, and 2 built in twin XL bunk beds in the basement! Winter or summer there so many things to keep you busy or stay relaxed cozied up by the fireplace! Fully remodeled and everything is brand new! Start your morning with a coffee at MN Traders Co. just 5 mins away and head out on the many snowmobile trails or go ice fishing! Perfect place to spend time and do fun activities with friends or family. If you’re looking for live music Dockside or Commanders bar and grill will have it! Want the best food in town head over to Lake Tavern where you’ll find sports on the tv’s and a cozy lodge feel.

Loved this place! We had a group of 10 ladies staying here for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend, and the cabin was absolutely perfect for our group. It was clean, nicely decorated, and very welcoming.The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great, with plenty of fun things to do nearby.Although the lake was still frozen during our stay so we couldn’t use it, the view was beautiful. The hosts were wonderful and responded immediately when I had a question about the door code at check-in.We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Hands down BEST VRBO STAY EVER!!!! Stayed here with 6 other Mom's on our annual 'girls trip'. When you look at pictures of VRBO's, typically you arrive and the place looks more beat up, run down, and not as appealing as the pictures did. This place is opposite. Looks WAY BETTER in person than pictures, and pictures already make the place look AMAZING!! House is FULLY stocked! Every little thing you can think of, this house has it! Even cute little bathroom care packages in the drawers. Forgot your toothbrush or toothpaste, there is a brand new one for you! And the game room.... THE BEST EVER!! The kitchen is even more stocked than my kitchen at home!!!! You can tell so much thought and hard work went into this VRBO on every little detail. I can't say enough good things about this place. The host is extremely responsive with any questions you have. Replies within minutes!! Worth every penny for your stay! I don't give this VRBO just 5 stars.... I give this VRBO 100 stars!! Already looking forward to our annual girls trip here again next year!

Spacious and Clean Family Getaway

This home was the perfect place for celebrating our family Christmas. It was clean and well-stocked, with plenty of space for both the adults and kids to have a great time. We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Loved this lake house!

We loved our time at this lake house. Clean and tastefully renovated. Great spaces for everyone, kids and adults. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the outdoor spaces. Lakefront with a nice dock. We would love to come back!

We’ve been coming to Breezy for 25+ years. This is the first time our group rented a VRBO. We all loved the property. There was plenty of room for all of our things. Absolutely awesome!!!

This property is wonderful!! We had 3 generations of adults - 8 people - and there was plenty of space for everyone to gather as well as have alone time. The amenities were spot on - hosts have thought about EVERYTHING! The location is perfect - close enough to walk to the resort if wanted and yet quiet enough to enjoy the outside. Speaking of the outside - the outside space here is over the top! Comfy couches, Adirondack chairs, wonderful Solo Stove fire pit, grills, Sonos speakers, great dock, beautiful landscaping…the list goes on and on! The third bathroom downstairs will be a great addition - we’re looking forward to another stay next summer!!

Great home & great location!

We’ve stayed here twice now, and both times it’s been great! The house is beautiful and recently remodeled. The layout is perfect for our extended family gatherings - 2 bunks (4 beds) downstairs for the kids and 3 bedrooms on the main level for the adults; a large open kitchen/dining/living room; a nice outdoor patio & yard space for kids to play leading to the dock. The location on the lake was also great (it was nice to be able to park our pontoon for the stay and have close proximity to the resort). Beautiful views, as well. Overall, we’d recommend!

This place is amazing! Super clean and fresh. The beds were super comfy. We had 9 people stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great location with lots to do. We really enjoyed the binder when we arrived to help find more to do and best places to eat! Loved all the yard games and game room. We also really enjoyed our time around the fire pit! Super easy checkin and checkout process. The hosts were amazing and super responsive! Would definitely stay at this home again! The only thing I would change would be to add a 3rd bathroom in the basement. But, other than that everything was amazing and would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Perfect setup

This was a great property for our group. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Proximity to Breezy Point is perfect for our group as we walked to the resort for coffee in the mornings. Comfortable beds - a rare find in rental houses. Great communication and instructions from the host.

Tranquil Retreat on Pelican Lake

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming cabin on Pelican Lake, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The cabin itself is beautifully decorated and immaculately maintained. The cozy interior exudes a rustic charm while still offering all the modern amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals, and the open concept allowed our group to enjoy conversation, games, and laughter comfortably in the same space. Many priceless memories were made. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning views of Pelican Lake from the cabin's spacious deck. Whether we were sipping our morning coffee or stargazing at night, the tranquility of the lake never failed to impress. The location of the cabin is perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. It's secluded enough to offer privacy and serenity, yet still close enough to local attractions and amenities. We took day trips to nearby hiking trails and charming small towns, but honestly, we were always eager to return to the peace and quiet of the cabin. Lastly, we can't say enough about the hospitality of the owners. They were incredibly responsive to any questions we had and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Their love for the cabin and the area was evident in every little detail, and we are already dreaming of our next visit. If you're looking for a relaxing retreat, this cabin is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

What’s Not to LOVE

We have stayed at 25+ VRBO’s across the country and this one by far hits the top of our list! I am someone who appreciates the small details. Every time we looked for something we needed, it was there!!! Whether it was a kitchen utensil, blanket to snuggle up with, a hook to hang a jacket, or spare towel in the bathroom, this place HAS IT ALL!! Plenty of seating indoor and out. Soft and accessible linens. Close (walkable) to Breezy point for a meal or drink if you don’t want to cook. We also want to be able to clean up after ourselves, and this place provides the necessary things to do that! The game room with ping pong, bean bags, darts and board games was so great for our 4 kids (and adults), and the basement built in bunk beds and hang out space for kiddos was perfect! Outdoor patio(s) and level lake lot was a fantastic space to enjoy a fire! Hosts/owners communication is second to none and it’s obvious they care about their rental. Thank you Ben & Bree for providing an incredible home to share with friends on a winter weekend!

Beautiful and Clean!

The property is beautiful and clean! I have to admit that I was a little hesitant to book due to there not being any reviews to read, but Bree (the property manager) informed me that it was a new listing and that I was the first renter. The location is perfect with Breezy Point Resort within walking distance which includes, restaurants, golf courses, a coffee shop, an ice cream shop, live music in the summer, and much more! The cabin is beautifully decorated and clean with comfortable beds, a loaded kitchen (I actually baked cookies and made 4 full meals when we were there), and a game room that kept my young adult children entertained for hours! It was cold when we were there so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the lake or the amazing outdoor living space, but I am looking forward to coming back again in the summer! I highly recommend this property!!
