Located in the popular coastal village of Perranuthnoe, a beautifully appointed one bedroom luxury apartment set over two floors, with stunning coastal views from all rooms and the large balcony.

In the heart of the village yet tucked away in a no through road the apartment enjoys stunning coastal views from both the bedroom and living areas, with views over open fields to the rear.

Dine in with the newly fitted kitchen with full sized oven and hob or stroll 20 yards to the popular award winning Victoria Inn. A two minute walk takes you to the popular beach, gift shops and cafes. Off road parking is provided for one car.

The apartment is fully self-contained with it's own entrance but is attached to the main residence and shares parking on the same drive. The property has a spiral staircase.

NB: Winter let available from November to April! Please contact me for details.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. The bathroom offers hair dryers and slippers. Other standard amenities include a dryer, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Lovely apartment, great location

The apartment was beautifully decorated and laid out and spotlessly clean. Pretty much everything thought of for a comfortable stay too (spare blanket in bedroom would be helpful in winter). I would definitley book again!!

Our stay in Perranuthnoe was very comfortable, downstairs bedroom & shower room,upstairs sitting room & kitchen with balcony with wonderful view, excellent but did find the narrow spiral staircase a little challenging but managed, an annexe attached to hosts house, no garden sitting area. Sam our host was very friendly & helpful.

Unser Aufenthalt hat von Anfang an gepasst. Die Ferienwohnung war super, die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ganze eingerahmt in einer Bilderbuchlandschaft bei bestem Spätsommerwetter. Mehr ging nicht. Wiederholen wir gerne mal wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft, toller Urlaub

Wir sind mittlerweile wieder in Deutschland angekommen und sind immer noch ganz begeistert von der hübschen Unterkunft in Perranuthnoe. Der Ausblick auf das Meer vom Balkon ist unübertroffen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Farben passen zueinander und zu Fotos an den Wänden von der Umgebung, die von der Vermieterin stammen. Der Kontakt zu Sam war jederzeit sehr angenehm. Der Ort ist ruhig, aber doch zentral gelegen für Wanderungen am Meer, Ausflüge zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Südcornwall. Ein kleiner Supermarkt liegt nur ein paar Fahrminuten an der Hauptstraße entfernt und es gibt ein sehr gutes englisches Restaurant (Victoria Inn) im Ort in dem wir in der Woche dreimal Essen gewesen sind und nicht enttäuscht wurden. Eine Reservierung ist aber notwendig, das geht auch online.

Unser Urlaub in Perranuthnoe war einfach super. Die Aussicht aus dem 1. Stock ist unglaublich! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Alles war sauber und wir haben fantastisch geschlafen. Vielen Dank!
