Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one queen-size bed) and two single beds (which can be joined together), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Private 500 m² garden. Hiking guides and maps are available. On a one-hectare property, charming Breton farmhouse renovated in 2010, detached, located near the owner's home and the sheep pen. Ideal location: 1 km from the sea accessible by footpaths and small roads. The Bay of Port-Blanc, its beaches, and its islands are 3 km away. Looking for sporting activities? You will quickly reach the Port Blanc nautical base 3 km away as well as the equestrian center and the educational farm. Families who wish can also entertain their children at Cap Armor. Perros-Guirec 10 km away, Tréguier 8 km away. Gite with garden located near the village and the coast!
