Monthly rentals starting October, perfect for Traveling health professionals. Fully furnished and equipped with just about everything you could need. Located in a very quiet and private neighbourhood. 3 bedrooms and a den, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with an eating area, and a very large, open and bright living room with a gas fireplace and dining room. Hardwood floors throughout. A wall of windows in the living room and dining room let the beautiful Okanagan sunshine in. Large deck off the living room looks over the private pool. Front yard is also fenced and there is a very large driveway and double covered carport. Central location; easy access to all of Penticton's amenities, such as both Okanagan Lake and Skaha Lake beaches, Naramata Bench wineries, KVR, shopping, hiking, biking, skiing and rock climbing. Apex Mountain Resort is 30 minutes away. Owner lives on site the separate basement suite. Penticton is well known for its' wine industry, and the foodie scene is hot here too!
