This impeccable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, all tile condo sleeps 6 with a king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room, giving plenty of space to relax for family and friends! There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home and more. For all you coffee lovers this unit offers a drip coffee maker. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and dining areas. What a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee or a mimosa, while watching the sunrise. Enjoy the SeaSpray amenities, including 3 swimming pools, a hot tub, newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts, marina with boat slip, and a well equipped beach front fitness center. Come relax in this fine condo and dig your toes in the sand!

Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.
