Well, we drove up and it looked like a construction site scaffold along the walkway to get to the elevator, which is not safe. The elevator itself sound like a freight train going up and down, reported it to Vacasa towel bar in the master room, fell off the wall, the spare room upstairs the door lock we could not get it open, and one of my friends got stuck in there so he had to knock the pins out to get the door off the hinges, which is not good either wasn’t a good experience for the first time staying there. I think the homeowner of association need to let customers be aware of construction going on at the facility. Apparently the homeowner association does not care about customers.

The condo was right next to the elevator which was SUPER loud all night long when guests are using it to go to their condos. Not sure why no one who reviewed wrote this except me.The broken shower head in the spare bathroom along with the master bedroom towel rack was broken which both were reported to Vacasa. A property mgr called me regarding the concern and asked me if I had pictures, which I did send the pictures. She said that because it was SUNDAY, a handyman can't come out until Monday and he also needs to know what the part looks like to purchase. ??? Monday- around 2pm after coming back from the beach, no one came. I called, I texted...no reply. VERY VERY Bad customer service from Vacasa. This is not the first time Vacasa has very very bad customer service, you can call and they appear to care but they do NOT fix anything during your stay. The texts come and look professional but good luck for any resolution during your stay. The condo was advertised as a 2 bed 2 bath, but only 1 shower was working. Also, the dryer is NOT working in terms of staying hot to dry your clothes. We did 3 (70 min) drying time and had to pack damp clothes in another bag to bring home to rewash. This was discovered Monday night was we were washing and preparing to come home. No reason to call them as they were not responsive on our previous attempts. I have used VRBO for all my booking and never wrote a bad experience until now. The best part of this condo is the VIEW of the ocean that's it

Mix-up over availability of pool and balcony

The property is lovely, location is perfect. We booked last fall for a stay in June. Construction on the balconies and morning arrival of workers was disruptive and disappointing. Wish we had understood that we could have been relocated prior to our arrival.

Broken Pool! Great place but this was a known issue

We loved the 2-story setup. Everything was great until we went to the pool and couldn't go in. Then we were told it had been broken for 5 months!The pool was a big draw for us. Ultimately we loved the place BUT we should have been allowed to choose if we wanted it without a pool.I thought maybe it broke this week. Lost it a bit when I found out it had been broken for that long. You cant list a pool if it is broken!! Very poor or disingenuous communication.

Beautiful condo

This is a lovely 8th floor condo in Perdido Key! The view is amazing and you can see for miles from the patio. We saw lots of dolphins and sea birds. The condo was very clean on arrival. It was stocked with necessities. The beds were very comfortable. (Living room furniture was adequate but not very comfortable.) Overall we loved the condo and we had a great time.

Girls Trip

The location was perfect! The condo was very specious for 4 of us. The only suggestion I have is to fix some things. The dishwasher doesn't shut/lock very well. The cabinet door for the tv in one of the bedrooms is missing pieces and barely hanging on. The microwave light bulbs need replaced.

Beach Vacation

The condo was very nice and clean!! Really loved having the 1/2 bathroom downstairs. The beach views were amazing! Kitchen was well equipped. It was really nice having a dust mop and broom to keep floors clean since the sand seems to have a way of getting in. Washer & dryer was a plus! Ice machine on property was definitely nice!! Close to stores & shops. *Note to owner: bedroom facing parking lot - missing tv remote Vacuum upstairs doesn’t work

Thanksgiving get away

Excellent stay. Comfy bed, appreciated the dish washing detergent and laundry detergent as well as the extra TP and paper towels!! Everything I could need was there!!

Great view

The property was clean and the view was great. Close to anything you might need, including a short beach walk. Our only complaint is pretty petty, but they don’t allow you to have drinks pool side, which is just kind of annoying. We each had a yeti like cup with a lid, no glass. And they made us move them. Just seemed like an arbitrary rule. Everything else was amazing.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Perdido towers is in a great location, and the view from the condo was spectacular. My only complaints are that the wifi was terribly slow, and the condo needs some fresh paint and carpet. The wear and tear was obvious on the walls and carpet upstairs.

This stay was awesome and wish I could’ve stayed longer! Everything from the main floor with the walk out balcony to the upstairs, it was all beautiful. The main bedroom was amazing with the ability to open the windows and listen to the waves while falling into dream land. I will definitely be back!!

Another great stay at Perdido Towers

Loved staying here! Favorite condo so far. The views couldn't be beat. The condo was clean and the beds comfortable. Only suggestions I would make would be better lighting in the kitchen, maybe under the counter lighting, a shower curtain that fits the length of the shower and the staircase railing is still broken. Will definitely book here again.

Just a few quirks…

We very much enjoyed the condo, there were just a few strange things. The furniture layout isn’t very comfortable and the couch has no support. The living room needs better lighting It’s very dark. The handrail going up the stairs is still loose, I saw someone commented on it quite some time ago. The cable in the living room does not have normal programming. The TVs upstairs are teeny tiny and the remotes for them did not work. The Master bedroom is so beautiful and comfortable, but until we put the foam pad on that was in the closet, the bed was fairly hard. The water went out on Tuesday at about 3:30 pm and there was a flyer in the hallway saying it would be out for a few hours. It was still out the next morning. I contacted VACASA and they first told me we would be compensated and then they offered to move us. We were all set to start packing and it came back on Wednesday at 11:00 am. We went almost 20 hours without water on our vacation. I contacted VACASA again about a refund by calling and emailing and we still have not heard anything. The location, beach and balcony are all wonderful and made the whole vacation.

Glad it wasn’t summer when we stayed because the condo was extremely hot. AC did not work

It was extremely hot in the condo and we were unable to adjust the temp. When we arrived the floor was soaking wet - like standing water wet. It took several hours for the floor to dry. I was unable to contact the property management company - call, text or email
