The Aviator's Landing

This quaint little cottage is conveniently located just outside of the gate to Corey Station and only 2.5 miles from NAS Pensacola. This is the perfect relaxing stay for service members and their families or even those just coming to enjoy Pensacola. Just 8 minutes to downtown Pensacola, and 20 minutes to the beach. A leisurely walk will take you to restaurants, shopping and more. Come enjoy your home away from home and all it has to offer.

House rules:
1. You must be 21 or older to book this home and all other guests must be 18 or older or accompanied by a parent or guardian.
2. Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request and for a fee of $25 an hour. This is subject to availability, early check in's can not arrive earlier than 12pm and late checkouts can not extend past 12pm. Arrangements must be made 24 hours in advance. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses and these are substantially higher than the late check out fee's.
3. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence without prior written consent. Please contact us if you are booking within your city.
4. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
5. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.
6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
7. One small dog is allowed with a $50 fee and upon request only. Out of consideration of our neighbors we do not allow dogs considered to be a dangerous breed. We do not allow cats. Violation of our pet policy will result in a fine of $250. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. All pets must have up to date shot records..
8. No third-party bookings. The person booking the unit must also be part of the group staying in the unit.
9. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
10. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses
