Welcome to paradise at Perdido Bay! Relax and unwind just feet from the bay with a pristine piece of sandy white beachfront just off your own private patio. Breathtaking tropical vistas of the bay and birds are delightful. From either of your spacious comfortable balconies, spot fish & dolphins splashing below, and pelicans. ospreys & other sea birds soaring above.



The Space:

Savor both spectacular sunset and sunrise views from your special space. Kayak, canoe, jet ski, swim and fish right from Sunsets & Serenity.



Enter through the private gate to your Innerarity Townhome, to find your carport complete with your bay front patio. A new Weber grill, adirondack chairs for everyone, a picnic table, plus your own pair of kayaks (with life jackets & feet from the warm waters) also await for exploring the beautiful bay. Up the flight of steps, enter to your welcoming living room where the mountains of Colorado meet Perdido Bay.



Immediately, you will view the stunning bay front from one of two waterfront balconies. The cozy living room with Smart TV, Charter Cable, DVD player and secure high speed wifi is open to a dining area, breakfast bar, & well equipped kitchen complete with everything you need for cooking & grilling. A powder room with your washer and dryer are located nearby.



Two nicely sized bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus two full bathrooms are located up the stairs on the third floor. Your primary suite features another oversized patio door leading out to your second private bay front balcony equipped with two comfortable loungers & a side table. Your suite also offers a queen premium memory foam mattress, another Smart TV, and your spacious en suite bathroom features a long vanity with double sinks.



Sleeping four in style, this is the ideal location for a small family, or for one or two couples.

A community heated swimming pool with shaded & sunny seating areas, a clubhouse including exercise machines, rest rooms, books, basketball hoop, and ice machine, are also just a quick stroll away.

Beautiful, and tranquil. A great place for a quiet and romantic getaway for our Anniversary. The views of the bay are gorgeous. Perfect spot for fishing, swimming, and kayaking. We loved getting to catch fish of all species here too. Great for families, as the water is shallow and easy for you to wade in. Condo is roomy and comfortable for travelers of all types. Cherry on top was seeing the dolphins come into feed in the late evenings. We will return, and will recommend to friends!

We will be back!!

This place met all of our needs and expectations! We had the best time cooking breakfast and drinking our coffee outside looking at the incredible views!! We spent each morning out on the bay and most evenings our 8 year old caught crabs and other creatures. The townhome was very close to everything we did. We were able to go to a different beach every day and enjoy great restaurants without driving too far. It was very convenient. The townhome itself was very nice and very clean! The beds were comfortable and the layout was good. All in all we had a great experience and will be back!

Beautiful property!

This amazing condo is the perfect place for a great vacay! The location is perfect and close to anything you could want to do in the area. The condo itself is cozy and comfortable and sits right on the bay. Literal steps to water and the kayaks were so fun. The property managers are quick to respond and make sure you have everything you need and want. We are already talking about booking again.

Memorial Day 2024

Everything went perfectly. For our family of 4 adults, the accommodations were as described, the location was outstanding and the communications with the property manager were both timely and informative. During a busy holiday weekend, being located in the cove was akin to having a private beach. The decor mentioned in previous reviews may be off putting for a seaside abode; however, for the hunters in my family it made for some interesting conversations. The personal touches by a military family were also appreciated by my military family. The bar height seats on the balcony were perfect as they didn’t obstruct the view and seating both on the beach and balconies was enjoyed by all. The covered parking was much appreciated as was the Welcome Package of “starter” items, nicely outfitted kitchen, and bags of ice in the freezer. The location is minutes from a large grocery and a Walmart; not walkable but a very short drive. We definitely recommend “Sunsets and Serenity on Perdido Bay”.

Disappointed

First of all, I regret to leave a negative review, but most of the issues could easily have been avoided. The seats on the chairs outside on the deck were even with the plastic table, therefore you could not sit there with your knees under the table. One of the things I love to do is eat and drink while enjoying the view in the mornings and late evening. The chairs did not match what was shown in the vrbo pictures. The dining room chairs were completely worn out. The first time I sat down, I thought I was going to the floor. The ice maker didn’t work. Two bags of ice were provided. Every time you needed ice you had to get the bag out and bust it up. No real glasses in the cabinet. Only plastic. You can find decent glasses in any thrift store for cheap! We could not get out of our GMC Sierra while parked in the car port. Not managers fault, but need to be aware. My hope for leaving this review is that the owner will address these issues and someone else won’t be disappointed.

We had a great time and the property was perfect. We had everything we needed and then some. The only suggestion that I could think of would be a second couch or recliner against the wall. The single couch is not quite enough for a family and the 2 chairs are just not the best for relaxation. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We will definitely come again.

We enjoyed our stay during our daughters dance nationals . However being that it is bay access i was taken back by the hunting decor and it frightened my daughter and her friend. Partly my fault i didn’t zoom in on photos.The property was clean , and a short walking distance to community pool . Lovely place to stay overall . And the access to easy fishing was a super plus . My Yukon Denali xl didn’t fit in the space provided , however there is close uncovered parking . I Will be booking next year if we return to Pensacola if comps are there . Great community .

The property is on the Bay! The water was so nice and it was very relaxing! We enjoyed the 2 Kayaks! We watched the sun go down every night while sitting on the porch swing. Would definitely recommend!
