**NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted in my home. Again, NO PARTIES!
**ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED within the reservation request; max number of overnight guests is 6. Any unregistered guest found will be charged a $100/night/guest fee.
** No guests or visitors should be on the premise other than those on the reservation.
** Age requirement of 25yrs old to reserve this home.
** All guests are liable for any and all damage including legal fees.
** Illegal drugs are not permitted on my property.
** Smoking cannabis is not permitted on the premises.
** No smoking of any kind is permitted in my home – guests will be charged a $250 fine plus the cost to remove smoke from the unit.
** Smoking cigarettes is ONLY permitted outside, and butts must be disposed of in an ashtray.
** Please remove all footwear at the door of the house.
** Please respect the right to peaceful living with the neighbors.
** Guests must treat my home with respect and keep the place tidy. I do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pickup after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around. Dishes to be wash, counters and cooktop must be wiped down after cooking and clean on checkout.
** Please don't flush anything down the toilet other than human waste, and an appropriate amount of toilet paper.
** Smelly garbage must be disposed of in the garbage {bins outside} before the smell fills the home.
** There is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink, please see that nothing other than liquid goes down the sink drains.
** Mail and/or deliveries are not to be accepted by guests at anytime.
** Complimentary items/toiletries are offered. They are supplied for the convenience of the current stay. I will not restock for longer stays.
** Do not stain the white towels – a $10 fine per towel will be charged for any stains found on the towels – regardless of whether the stain comes out in the wash or not. Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt or any other unsanitary messes. Please use paper towel found in the kitchen instead.
** Please place all used towels in the laundry basket located in the bathroom closet. ** Please report anything broken or anything needing attention to host as soon as it is noticed, and definitely before check-out.
** Be respectful of the thermostat settings.
** Do not leave doors and windows open with unit running.
** Guests will have no access to garage at any point during stay.
** Smart TV will have streaming apps available to login using guest's own account. Please remember to sign off on your account before checking out.

Fee summary: I take my Vrbo business and these rules very seriously. I do this to ensure the next guest will receive the unit in the same immaculate condition as you did. For most guests, these will be common sense, but in some cases, they may not be obvious at all. Fees for disrespecting my home and violating these rules will be levied through the Vrbo Resolution Centre in accordance with the Vrbo Terms of Use.
