Great place to stay

The resort itself was great. We stayed the 10 other families so it was nice for everyone to have their own house, but still have the pool and tiki bar to hang out. My only problem was our place was very dirty. As soon as we walked in, we felt sand under our feet. I understand there is sand everywhere around the resort, but it seemed as if it wasn’t cleaned at all. There was sand all over the stairs and upstairs. Piles of sand under the beds and dressers. We then noticed that the dishwasher had not been cleaned out either. Someone was sent over right away to clean that out and then she was going to start sweeping, but how uncomfortable to have someone sleeping for hours while my family of 6 was in the house? Overall the place was great, but the cleaners need to spend more time and do it right.

The house itself was great. Definitely needs better mattress pads and sheets. Unfortunately the pool at the property was dirty every day . The Tiki Bar is fun but gets a little non family friendly. I also did not realize that anyone off the street can come to the tiki bar to drink & eat. I thought it was a private resort.

Tropical paradise

This property was amazing! Our family loved how spacious it was, much nicer than being cramped in a hotel suite. The location could not be better. It is located minutes from Johnson’s Beach, a few minutes from Orange Beach, and about 40 minutes from Pensacola Beach. The unit was very clean and up to date. The kids enjoyed the pool with waterfall while my husband and I got a drink at the tiki bar and listened to the live band. We always had close parking and only faintly heard construction noises during the day. This property is surrounded by amazing restaurants. Our family never had a bad meal. If you are looking to relax, refocus, and enjoy your trip, you want to stay here.
