I booked this “luxury suite” near the airport through Expedia, hoping for a comfortable honeymoon stay 10/11/25-10/13/25. Instead, it was one frustration after another.
At check-in, the front desk clerk was rude and dismissive. We were given a full bed instead of the queen we paid for, and when I pointed it out, she snapped that she “just checks people in.” After some back-and-forth, she reluctantly switched our room but kept the same tone.
Both rooms had non-working TVs; we ended up driving 25 minutes home to grab our own Fire Stick just to have working television. The in-room phones didn’t work, and there were no soap or shampoo dispensers as advertised. The first room had several hairs including pubic hairs on the bathroom wall. The pool was dirty with some algae and leaves, and the breakfast tasted stale despite being freshly prepared as we arrived about 20 minutes after breakfast opened up and some food was still steaming.
No one explained where basic amenities were, and the front desk was often unattended. The only bright spot was the polite woman at checkout.
Overall, the property felt outdated, unclean, and poorly managed. What should have been a simple honeymoon stay turned into repeated disruptions. I have been to many hotels in my life and I can say for sure I would not stay here again.
