Located directly on iconic Palafox Street, you’ll be surrounded by over 40 walkable restaurants, cafes, bars, art galleries, and shops. Originally built in 1906, the building’s original charm has been thoughtfully preserved while offering all the high-end amenities today’s traveler expects.
**IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting January 5th, 2026 construction will begin on Palafox street in front of the Lofts. While we are so excited to see the end results, we are unsure of the environmental effects (i.e. noise) of construction on The Brent Loft interior condos such as this one, as work will be done 24/7. Please bear in mind when booking any reservations Jan-June, but especially Jan-Feb. We'd be happy to provide any information we can at your request. Entry to the Lofts should not be affected, as there are two additional entrances on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. This particular condo DOES NOT overlook Palafox, but we would like to be transparent about the work occurring around the property. Thank you!***

The Seville Suite was beautiful and very comfortable during my stay. It had all the amenities I needed. The only challenge I had was getting into the building and room with the Yale Accentra app. Karen had to come out and assist me.
