Both bathrooms were dirty. The master bedroom bath has black mold in the tracks of door and corners of shower. The spare bath was not cleaned and had pubic hair all over the shower. Sticky Kitchen counters.Beach view, location, are amazing! Access to the beach was very convenient.

Relaxing, beautiful place

Our place was clean and very comfortable. Good seating in living room and a comfortable bed. Only real short comings were the lack of extra blankets during the cold snap this area was experiencing. You also need a car in order to get to any shopping and restaurants.

Great location, amazing views, beach access

Loved our stay! Views were great. Super convenient to everything OB has to offer. Be sure to pack all amenities for your stay. We were only left with 2 rolls of toilet paper and ability to do only one load of laundry, so we had to hit Dollar General. Also, bring everything you would need to cook - olive oil, salt, pepper (oh, and coffee filters)!

Girls Trip ‘23

Condo was perfect for small group or family. It was clean, views were fabulous, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware & cookware. Pool and beach were easily accessible. Staff at the resort were helpful and friendly. The reality company we booked through was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with via email and phone. We will defiantly be booking with them again!

Awesome Deal

My family and I had an awesome time at the Property in Phoenix X. Our unit was on the twelth floor and the elevators were plentiful and speedy. There were carts and dolly's available for transport for our gear. The accomodations were as advertised. The beach access was great for our group and the cost for the beach gear (chairs and umbrella) was acceptable as well. Proximity to restaurants and stores was good. Flora-Bama is next door as well as Waffle House. We hung out at the beach most of the days we were there. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to get a great condo in a great area on the beach.

Spectacular View offset by internal shortcomings

The view was spectacular as expected and provided the backdrop for the desired rest and relaxation. The cleanliness and maintenance on the unit fell short. While a phone message was left and an email sent to the realty company managing the property, they did not correct the items. I will definitely avoid any properties managed by the realty company.
