Very nice condo

The place was very nice. However, the first floor (entry) and the second floor (living area) smelled like dog urine. They had a lot of “scents” trying to cover up the smell.There is a shuttle that picks you up out front of your condo which takes you to the beach. Really nice! The beach club was excellent. The restaurant portion was not open half of our trip but once it was the food was very good. There is a small pool (not heated) that overlooks the beach. You can also rent chairs and an umbrella. It would have been 5 stars if there was not the dog urine smell.

Fabulous family and pet getaway!

This condo was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. It was well stocked and had everything you could want. We had a wonderful pool close by. It had a bus to take us to a private beach with another pool with a bar on the beach. It has free first come beach chairs and umbrellas. We will definitely go back. Just book it!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our time at this house. It was great for us and two kids. Tons of amenities. Especially loved the stocked kitchen cabinets and drawers. I had everything I needed or wanted to cook.

Care + Thoughtfulness

I was so impressed by the little details from the blender to the games and beach stuff to the giant grandma mug that allowed me to enjoy my extra large morning tea on the porch each day. You can tell there was thoughtfulness and care to how the owners prepared this space. The location was quiet and convenient, neighbors were friendly, and townhome was bright, very clean, and beautiful. It was the perfect getaway and first sight of the beach for my grand girl. Lots of great memories and laughter. Thank you so much! I will absolutely stay here again on my next Perdido visit, if we go. Blessings!

Great condo & area

The condo was clean and just like the pics. Owners were very responsive to questions we had. Only one minor issue unrelated to the condo was the Lost Key Beach club. Evidently, they stop offering complimentary beach service after Labor Day weekend. There was a public access beach right beside the Lost Key area with beach service available there. I asked the proprietor if he could set up for us on the Lost Key beach. He mentioned that he wasn't allowed to provide service there. We ended up renting from him and hanging out on the public beach (which was fine).

Family summer vacation

Everything was great and with walking distance to the pool and the private beach. The beach club was nice except for a bartender who was quite rude but beside that we enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing stay in perdido key!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in perdido key and having the blue heron as our home base was perfect! The condo is excellent. The location was great. Enjoyed our Stay

Fully updated with everything you need, pets were welcome so that makes it even better. It’s pretty much as described, Be aware there are lots of steps, though by the end of the stay we were flying up and down them. You can walk to the beach or take the free shuttle. Beach parking is very limited. There is a pool closer that is walkable or it has decent parking if you drive.

Perdido Key Trip

We loved the house and the area had lots of family friendly activities. We were a short 10 min walk to the beach or a two min walk to the community pool/gym. The private beach and beach-club were fantastic. We were able to enjoy the beach and have a drink without the crowds. The house was very clean and the decor had a really nice beach vibe. We were very pleased with the accommodations and all of the amenities. Our favorite restaurant was Fishers Upstairs for a fine dining experience away from the touristy places. We also really enjoyed the fresh seafood at the Perdido Bay Seafood Market for cooking at home.

Everything was fantastic! Location is exceptional! Wonderful restaurants nearby! Beautiful beaches! The Blue Heron Townhouse was so nice!! Safe, clean and friendly neighborhood! Look no further....this is it!!
