The condo was just perfect for our family of four. Plenty of space, clean, gorgeous views of the gulf. Just the escape we needed.

Excellent views and Location, but condo needs some attention

This condo comfortably sleeps 4, not 6. The couch is pure springs with no comfort. There isn’t enough bedding or bath towels to accommodate a party more than 3-4, unless you want to work at laundry every two days while on vacation. When we arrived, the cleaners left a musty smell and it didn’t smell like it’s been cleaned. As we used the kitchen items, we noticed most items were dirty coming from the cabinets so we had to wash everything. On the positive, the location and views are spectacular!

Old old and outdated

The condo needs updating- the bathrooms, sofas,and beds were old. The beds were uncomfortable and the sofas were so bad we wouldn’t sit on them, we put sheets on the sofa to sit on them. I understand this unit is for sale maybe that’s why it is the way it is. with a contractor, designer and thousands of this unit could be a money maker.
