Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious living area. This room exudes a warm and welcoming ambiance, complemented by a large Roku TV and a plush queen sleeper sofa, inviting you to unwind after your day of adventure.

Adjacent to the living room, the half-wall opens up to a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area, ideal for indulging in home-cooked meals or lively dinner conversations.

The accommodation comprises four distinct bedrooms, each curated to cater to a variety of preferences. The primary bedroom, a luxurious retreat, hosts a king bed and an ensuite bathroom boasting a large, revitalizing shower. The second bedroom houses a comfortable queen bed, and the third features a snug full bed.

A unique feature of our home is the fourth bedroom, tucked away at the back of the house off the laundry room. This versatile space boasts two queen beds and a dedicated workspace, offering a perfect blend of rest and productivity.

This home is the front building on the property. You will have full and private access to this home. The backyard is shared with the guests of the back unit.

There is a ramp at the front entrance, however there is a small step into the home.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Traditional home

The property is close to the main roads leading to beaches, Zoo etc. However, that ends up being a plus and a minus (due to traffic). This house is definitely one of the best in the transitioning area. The home had plenty of space and a large stocked kitchen area. The Host was great and even assisted with a late arrival due to weather conditions during our stay. I wish them well and hope their efforts to maintain and enhance the area encourages others to do as well.
