Welcome to Mallory's Guesthouse, a one-bedroom, two-story cottage within minutes of the beautiful beaches of Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key, Downtown Pensacola, Shopping, and NAS Pensacola. Within 1 minute walking distance to free PICKLEBALL courts.

The living room, bathroom, and laundry are on the same level. The living room sofa has a pull-out bed. The sleeping area and office are on the second level. The kitchen has an electric range, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Dishes, silverware, cookware, and baking trays are available. A coffee maker, crockpot, and blender are also provided. Barstools and a bar top table are there to accommodate a space for meals.

In the living room, there is plenty of room to relax and stream movies on the Roku SmartTV. The bedroom upstairs has a desk and chair for those times you may need to set up your laptop. High-speed WiFi is available. The courtyard is shared with the main house and is a great place to hang out and grill.

Linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets are provided. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and mounted SmartTV.

The bathroom has a tile walk-in shower. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer.

*NOTE - this property has 2 homes and the courtyard area is shared with the main house. There may be guests in the Main House during your stay. The Guesthouse is detached from the main house, and will shared the driveway for parking. Only one vehicle allowed to park in the driveway.

For parking, there is free street parking on the driveway off of A St. Please be mindful not to block the neighbors' driveway or mailboxes.

If traveling to visit your service member, you will find this home's location ideal. It's located within a 25-minute drive to NAS Pensacola.

We use tv streaming exclusively; please remember to bring your personal account and password information to access the television.

This house is within a 25-minute drive or less to Pensacola International Airport, Beaches, Cordova Mall, Movie Theatre, boat ramp, and Naval Base. Having a vehicle is the best way to get around, as Pensacola is very spread out. Mallory's Guesthouse is approximately 23 minutes and 11.6 miles to NAS Pensacola West Gate and about 41 minutes and 29.9 miles to NAS Whiting Field.

Additional guest verification is required for reservations booked within 7 days of arrival. You may receive a second email with a secure link to complete a second identity screening using a one-time passcode sent to your mobile device. — Please check your spam folder as well.

Lastly, you’ll be asked to send a clear photo of the credit or debit card used for booking, showing the cardholder’s name and last 4 digits only (please cover the rest of the numbers for your security).
