Property manager communication was superb. Best managed company we have ever dealt with since using VRBO for over 8 yrs. Property was great. Clean. Could not have asked for a better stay.

Our only complaints would be 1) one side of the king size bed in the main bedroom had a deep sunken area- my husband and I both had to sleep on one half of the bed. 2) the sleeper sofa looks in good condition but was very uncomfortable. Other than those issues, the condo was great! Beachfront and awesome views!

The appliances don't match and the overall lighting is on the darker side in the bathrooms and living area. The front lights stopped working towards the end of our stay and the door handle to the patio began to come loose as well. Some maintenance and some updates would serve the room well. Condo was an easy walk to the beach and pool and the view was great. The included beach chairs and umbrella was convenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an amazing time in Ft. Walton. The condo is close to lots of food, the Boardwalk is 5 minutes away and easy access to the beach. Great view from the 2nd floor balcony of the ocean. AC wasn't working when we got there but thankfully the weather was cool so no big deal and they came to fix it quickly without fuss! The two chairs that came with the unit were nice and they had someone to set them up each morning. The pull out couch is not comfortable very thin mattress/adults would not enjoy but for kids it was fine:) Heated pool and jacuzzi were favorites for the kids. Overall great unit, great location and would love to come back again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed in the washer/dryer. I've never seen one like that before in a condo. You could only wash or a dry a load at a time. There was a switch that you had to move to wash or dry. It took forever to wash a few loads of laundry. I was also disapointed with the couch and loveseat. They were hard and very uncomfortable. They appeared to be new but should be replaced immediately. The view was beautiful. I loved the new app that the management company has. I have rented from this company before and they have always been very nice and professional. Upon arriving at the condo, we loved the view and the appearance of the condo. However, we will not stay at this condo again if the couch and washer/dryer has not been replaced. I could not refer this condo to someone either because of the seating and washer/dryer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at the Island Princess multiple times and IP213 continued to meet our needs well. The second floor view was great, though there was some concern on that before arriving. Easy access with stairs and an elevator close by. The layout was great four our two couples and everything was very comfortable. We'll definitely consider this property on our next trip. I would recommend the second bedroom be updated with curtains and a new bed frame for even better sleep. Thanks for sharing your property with us.
