Bajo la nueva administración de propiedades, esta lujosa casa adosada frente al Golfo deleitará a su grupo de 8 personas.
El plano de planta de concepto abierto ofrece hermosas vistas de agua verde esmeralda de toda la gran sala. Relájate en los lujosos muebles de la sala de estar mientras miras televisión de pantalla plana o los delfines juegan afuera.
La cocina del chef ofrece todas las comodidades, incluyendo encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y máquina de hielo separada, todo rodeado de gabinetes de alta gama. Cene en la mesa para 4 personas y en la barra de desayuno con capacidad para 4 personas adicionales.
También hay un dormitorio de matrimonio con baño privado completo conectado y un cómodo medio baño en este piso.

Justo afuera de la puerta de atrás hay un cruce de dunas privado que conduce directamente a la playa.

La planta superior tiene una suite principal tamaño King con área de trabajo separada. El baño en suite cuenta con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha a ras de suelo, tocadores dobles y un inodoro separado. La cubierta principal privada le ofrece bellos amaneceres y magníficas puestas de sol de invierno.
Justo al final del pasillo hay 2 dormitorios adicionales con baño compartido entre ellos.

Un montón de aparcamiento, un garaje para 2 coches, parrilla y ducha exterior completan el paquete aquí. Ascensor disponible con depósito adicional.

We loved this place! It was exactly as pictured. There were beach chairs in the garage as well as a grill and lots of kids sand toys. My contact person was very responsive and kind. I’ll visit again!

Navarre wedding weekend

Seven friends stayed at Sunset Terrace to attend a beach wedding of one of our closest friends for over 40 years. The condo was beautiful and it fit our group perfectly! Love the view and the easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay at Sunset Terrace again.

Family Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious and had everything that we needed for a great stay. Perfect set up with the bedrooms for our group. Loved the closeness to the beach from the balcony and the easy boardwalk to the beach. Having the 2 car garage was very nice along with the additional chairs and beach accessories. I think we found our place to revisit ever year from now on

Amazing property

We booked this place for our family which included ot daughters, sons in love, and our 6 month old grandson. This was his first visit to the beach and it did not disappoint. Everyone had their own beds and own rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed to provide meals while we were there. The view was spectacular and we loved the private beach access. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!!

The pictures don’t capture this!

We are wrapping up a week’s stay here, and I hate leaving! This property is amazing! It’s lovely, spacious, well-equipped, ideally located... just❤️ In fact, the only problem we had all week was figuring out the secret to raising the master bedroom blinds, and even then when we asked for help, Al came out immediately. We had a wonderful white (Beach) Christmas here.

Sunset Terrace is a treasure!

From the location, cleanliness, beautiful style to spectacular location on the beach, this place was everything we needed. Loved being on the quiet end on Navarre Beach with private walkway over the dunes. The place was so clean and well cared for and when we needed some assistance, the Blue Moon folks were there in minutes, on a Sunday, with a smile. The bedrooms all have lovely furnishings. The ice maker fridge and outdoor shower were luxuries we did not know we needed. Our neighbors were so friendly too. We are coming back for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Sunset Terrace in 2018 and 2022. We love the layout and amount of space. The beach is beautiful and not overcrowded. Neighbor owners are very friendly. Our only issues: under-sink leak in top floor guest bathroom; oven thermostat seems off; cooktop took some getting used to. The ice-machine got a huge workout! The unit is clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this condo to friends and family. Enjoyed a drink at Juana's while waiting on check-in, very efficient Blue Moon process. Favorite restaurants: Dave's Oyster Bar (local, not touristy) and Shaggy's on P'Cola Beach, but Flounders was a letdown in 2022. Attractions: Frisky Mermaid Blue Angels/Dolphin tour. Toured the Turtle Conservation Center, saw Sweet Pea. Great for little ones. You really just need to arrive with your swimsuit and towel. The condo has everything including a guest book with beach supplies, services, and restaurant information. My only request is later checkout. 9:00am meant our last evening was spent packing up and not enjoying every possible beach moment. Husband was able to use elevator (extra deposit) since he was recovering from compound ankle fractures/surgeries. We cannot wait to return to Navarre Paradise and hopefully this same unit!!
