W106: This newly remodeled unit is located on the first floor of the west tower. New tiled floors throughout the entire unit. Recently updated with mounted flat screen HDTVs in the bedrooms and new drapery in the living room and master bedroom. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with new granite counter tops and cabinetry in both the kitchen and the bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has a private bathroom that features an new over sized walk in shower which is perfect after a long day at the beach! The master bedroom also has a mounted flat screen TV with a Blu Ray player. The guest bedroom has a new King size bed to accommodate adults or children. This bedroom has a flat screen HDTV. The guest bathroom has also been updated and features a tiled shower with a weight bearing granite seat for relaxing or just to rinse off after playing on the beach. The living room has a sleeper sofa which allows this property to sleep up to six guests comfortably. Beautiful views can be seen from the Gulf front balcony which is accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room. Full size washer and dryer in unit along with a stand alone icemaker at the wet bar. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi.
