W1002-Step into this refreshing two bedroom oasis by the Gulf and relax with all these fabulous amenities at your doorstep. The view, the sound and the fragrance of the ocean will carry you away. The sugar sand beaches are wide and welcoming and the emerald green waters are full of frolicking dolphins. Bring your boat or jet skis, we have our own private 24 slip boat dock on the Intercoastal Waterway across the street. This beautifully decorated and well maintained condo has decorator furnishings, a designer kitchen with granite and many other extras. King size bed ( Sleep number) in the master bedroom, adjoining bath with large jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed (Sleep number) with a twin bed. and adjacent bath with double sinks. Full sized washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi. This unit requires 4 night minimum with 7 nights Saturday to Saturday for Holidays in the Summer. Winter monthly rates of $3500 per month. Call for more information 850-492-3336

The condo unit we stayed in was great and the complex was good.

The property in general is getting a little on the old side with some maintenance issues and details that need attention. Our condo unit on the other hand was fantastic.
