W402 ï¿½ Gulf front. Beautiful. Updated. Newly decorated with fabulous Gulf views from the kitchen, family room, master bedroom and balcony. This unit comfortably sleeps 5 with a king size bed in the master suite and twin daybed and queen in the guest bedroom. Sleeping accommodations make the second bedroom perfect for a couple or children. The guest bathroom has double sinks and a shower/bath combo. Some of the major features of this unit are all tiled floors throughout and a spacious rebuilt master bathroom that has a lovely walk-in shower, and double vanity. Plantation shutters are on the north side of the condo with noise dampening windows and doors at the balcony. All rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and DVD players. Gather the family together in the living room to relax and watch a movie on the new 65ï¿½ flat screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen with ample storage and granite counters is perfect for preparing meals. There is a new washer and dryer for your use and free Wifi throughout the condominium. Comfortable new balcony furniture creates the perfect spot for enjoying endless Gulf views. All properties at Eden are nonsmoking.

This condo was very clean, and beautiful views from the balcony. Loved how there wasn’t a railing outside on the balcony that my toddler could go through. Very safe and great for kids! Kitchen very well equipped and lots of room for everyone. Master bathroom was huge and gorgeous. Very comfortable living room couch. Tv worked great. The rug was a little too rough, but I only know that from my baby crawling around on it. Staff super accommodating, nice and helpful! Elevators were down for about 30 min and then fixed immediately! Pool was huge and enough room for everyone. Loved the little cafe down by the pool as well. We had a great time-would definitely stay here again!
