The 9th floor balcony is accessible from the MBR and LR, and has fantastic views of the Gulf with pub height Polywood table and chairs. The MBR features a king size bed with a Simmons Luxury plush pillow-top mattress, new furniture, room darkening drapes,50" SMART flat panel TV, and a desk. It has a beautifully renovated private bathroom that features an enlarged walk in shower, new cabinets, jacuzzi tub and a comfort height toilet. The living room has beach furniture with blue and white hues, a queen size sofa sleeper, a NEW 65" SMART flat screen HDTV, DVD player, and CD player. The kitchen has JUST been remodeled with new cabinets & granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. It has every essential item needed for your beach vacation, including a Keurig/dual coffee maker and a Cuisinart duet blender/ food processor. The guest bedroom has beach decor, twin beds, and a 28" Smart TV, with a remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower and comfort height toilet. Full sized washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable and free Wi-Fi.
