Elegant 3/3 Condo With Panoramic Views!!!

This elegantly decorated, extremely welcoming, 3 bedroom 3 bath unit located in SeaSpray's East tower, is absolutely spectacular! It sleeps 6 individuals quite comfortably. The living area, as well as the master bedroom, BOTH have panoramic views of the gorgeous blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico... talk about serious relaxation, and maybe even a little romance! You can relax on the plush living room furniture, or choose to lay in bed with a mimosa or your morning coffee in hand, while watching the beautiful sun rise or set over the water. The master en suite bathroom shower is a walk in, and has a detachable rainshower shower head. This shower is SO roomy, and will come in handy after a sandy, salty day at the beach! The other 2 bedrooms are quite roomy and have amazingly cozy queen beds in which to rest your head. There are also two additional bathrooms with shower/tub combo's so that everyone will have privacy while visiting. Also, be sure to impress your crowd with a nice meal prepared in this modern, well stocked kitchen. For all you coffee lovers this unit offers both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Come on down and put these brand new appliances to use! Relax leisurely at the dining room table or take your meal to the balcony and enjoy eating at the amazing seating area provided by this gracious owner who has literally thought of everything to make you feel as welcome as possible. You truly can't go wrong with the choice of this private home. I promise that you will want to visit it year after year, again and again! I'm sure that you'll make this a place where you and yours create beautiful, lasting memories. While here, take advantage of SeaSpray's property! With over seven acres, it boasts 3 refreshing pools, a hot tub, newly refinished tennis/pickleball courts, a propane grilling area on the pier for a steak or your fresh catch, and a well equipped gym that faces the beach. Did I mention our brand new marina and boat ramp!?! With all of this to offer, we certainly hope to "sea" you soon! You won't regret it...
