This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). The historic building, built in 1906, offers the perfect balance of historic charm and modern amenities! Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!
Check In Process: To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. The day of arrival, we will send codes to enter the common space and condo door. We urge guests to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in experience.
-While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. There is city parking surrounding the Lofts but pricing varies. -We do offer discounts for longer stays, military, wedding, etc. Please contact management for more info. -Please be advised that this is a condo with shared spaces throughout the building (not in the unit itself). The condo's windows overlook a private patio area on the floor below, but privacy sails are in place. -No pets allowed.

Great Location
The unit is exactly as described and pictured. The location is fantastic in the heart of downtown. Communication with the management staff was excellent. They were prompt and very kind. I didn’t love having to download an app for entry (would have preferred just entering a code) but that’s a minor inconvenience. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. This is a great spot and I highly recommend.

Stunning Property & Exceptional Service!
This was my second stay at this stunning property, and I already know it won’t be my last! The home itself is absolutely beautiful—so much so that I’ve had professional photos taken here. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. Their responsiveness is unmatched—they answer questions within seconds, making everything seamless. Both times I’ve stayed, they’ve graciously allowed early check-ins, and today, they accommodated a very last-minute late checkout. Their hospitality and attention to detail make this an easy five-star experience. Can’t wait to return!

Fun Anniversary Getaway
Condo was exactly as described, clean, modern, cozy. The location was perfect. Literally steps from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a drinks. My wife and I snuck away for two nights and this place was awesome. Only complaint is the bed. It’s creaky and uncomfortable. Modern frame that fits the looks of the condo but made for poor sleep.
