Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:  We are usually unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

We have a keyless entry, and a code will be sent before checking in to access the house. You will have access to the entire home and the backyard except for one locked owner's closet. Remember to bring: At Hometown Stays, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags for a 2-day stay. However, we recommend bringing additional items for your comfort and convenience. Pack essentials like toiletries, a hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need to make your stay perfect. We want you to feel at home, so bring what you need to enhance your experience and enjoy your time with us.Getting Around: Pensacola is best explored with a car or vehicle as it offers the most convenience and flexibility. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are also available for shorter distances within the city. In the Downtown and East Hill areas, VEO scooter rentals are a popular and convenient way to get around for shorter trips or to explore local attractions. ///Another great option includes the Pensacola Beach Trolley, a free service provided by the Santa Rosa Island Authority.
