This condo has a fantastic view of the beach from the unit. Fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has all the amenities of home. 3 Flatscreen TV's with 2 Blu-ray player and 1 DVD players. Also had upgraded digital HD channels for your viewing pleasure. The master bedroom has a balcony entrance as does the living room. Just picture yourself here, on the white sandy beach, relaxing and making memories to last a life time.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Quiet Get Away

This is a great condo at the end of Okaloosa Island. The property met all of our needs for a week at the beach. It could use a little updating in the bedrooms, but the Kitchen was very well equipped and the living room was very comfortable. The view from the 6th floor was amazing!

The property is nice & well kept. The condo was nice & clean. The staff was very friendly. Beautiful views. Easy access to the snow white beach. Convenient to most everything. No in room washer / dryer.(coin operated hallway washer / dryer if needed)
