Tristan Towers is a 16-story condominium complex with 90 condos on the Sound side of Pensacola Beach but boasts Gulf views in some units as well! It is located on one of the narrowest parts of Santa Rosa Island, so the Gulf beach and the Sound are so close that there is water all around.
