The property was amazing. We loved the amenities, I felt very safe there with our 2yr old, the condo was very well stocked. It felt like our home away from home. The views are amazing, we can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic & beautiful views and property

We LOVED this property! The unit was clean, furniture in great condition, amenities galore. The property had TONS to do - which was a factor for us in the event of inclement weather for the week we were there. There was a MAIN indoor and outdoor pool, a pool and hot tub at each Tower, a spa, Market store with Starbucks, restaurants, beautiful grounds, parking garages and covered parking, a quick walk across the street to the beach. It was wonderful. The only downfall would be all of the extra "fees" for HOA , etc.

Upon arrival, first visual was the view and unit very spacious. Were some issues with the cleanliness and we reported to management. There were some minor maintenance items which we reported upon departure. Overall these minor items did not disrupt our vacation. We do recommend this unit. Staff very friendly.

Overall good stay

Overall this property is beautiful. We had a great time, the property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were awesome as well especially after a long drive and we could just eat on the property. However the bedroom with the queen beds door to the patio doesn’t work which caused an issue with who was going to stay where, in the description of this property it says all bedrooms have patio access. The other issue is the people above us were so loud we couldn’t sleep and it really affected our stay. This property should require people put sliders on their furniture, the noise was awful. Overall it was a good stay but if you have bad upstairs neighbors and want a peaceful stay this property may not be for you.

Birthday Vacation

Overall, the condo was a nice place. There were several improvements that need to be made. There were no pots and pans in the condo to heat up any food or leftovers in the oven. The floors were not as clean as they should be considering we were paying for the cleaning service. Both the shower head and the garden tub faucets need to be replaced because they dripped the entire stay. I would suggest adding an additional sofa or a couple of chairs to facilitate better seating accommodations.

Great view

Had a great view ! The condo needs some work though. The dryer was broken when we arrive. Maintenance came work on it but nothing dried. Oven door wouldn't stay closed. Lights turned on and off by themselves. Bedroom door had a lot of tape as a repair instead of being replaced. Door frames need repairs. Dont get me wrong we had a great time but i just think for the price i payed i shouldn't have came across this.

Girls trip

We love stay at the Portofino. It is such quick access to the beach and being able to go out on the balcony every day to see the sunrise or the sunset and just fill the Seabreeze. We were on a 30's girls trip. We will turn 30 this year and we've been friends for 20+ years and it was a perfect place for us to have a girls trip to be able to relax and have all the amenities we needed. The spa was amazing!

Great stay. Loved being in tower 5 with easy access to beach. Accommodations were great. Minor appliance issues that were being resolved; however, it did not impact the fun we had!

Location is very nice at beach and pools

Spacious apartment at beach resort with pools and the beach is 3 minutes walking. The apartment can use some maintenance and paint. I found it unfortunate that the door in the smaller bedroom could not be opened anymore (though clear due to safety).

Great Property!

After a minor hiccup of not having our amenity sheet, we were able to check in without an issue. The only downside to our entire stay is that the AC did not work. However, the property manager went above and beyond to communicate to us and make it right. They even offered us another place in case we wanted to move. The property itself is great. The location is great. Portofino is very convenient and relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the property was perfect. However, the unit is dated. There were no smart TVs available (if that is important to you.) VCRs and DVD players were available. The TV in the master bedroom didn’t work at all. The living room light switch was cracked. So the light only stayed on if someone was holding it.
