We stayed for 4 days& 3 nights and on the 2nd day/night during a really bad storm&realized during the storm the wind driven rain was leaking in because the balcony door frame was bent at the wall frame& open letting in outside air&rain and at the top of the window ~ we put towels everywhere~ telling staff they said if it continued they’d move us to the bay side but by Thurs/fri no rain but lots of outside humid air coming in balcony door frame the A/C never cooled off the room but was traveling with disabled soon didn’t want to move rooms as we had wheelchair and tons with us to move ~ the door was already an issue before we booked the room it didn’t happen during the storm when we were there. Also the staff verified all the balcony doors leaked My son being handicap wanted a room with a view so he could see the ocean and the view was very enjoyable. The hotel was clean. The Otherwise it was an enjoyable trip

This is are 2nd time staying and we can’t wait to go back! Super pet friendly, which is important to us and everyone that works there is very welcoming and friendly.

This was our first time staying here. We usually stay at another motel for the last 6 years. We have 2 dogs and for us this was a great hotel to stay at. Staff was extremely nice to our dogs and us! We were able to check in early, which was nice. Our bed was very comfortable and room clean. Full breakfast and ice machines saved us about $35 a day. This DEFINITELY is our new hotel when we go to Pensacola Beach!

The location is perfect. Close to good restaurants and right on the beach. Everything was clean in all areas of the hotel. There were a few maintenance issues, like the bathroom door not latching correctly in our room and the elevator button turning off before it was where you summoned it. Overall, it was an excellent stay. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Everything you need in one place. Rooms were tidy and clean. Microwave and fridge in room. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The best and nicest housekeeping. They had a wonderful free breakfast and even put out fresh baked cookies one evening for guests. They are right on the beach in a fantastic location. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and gift shops. Pool towels available and they even have 2 pools in addition to direct beach access. My only complaint is they charge self parking $16.50 daily. Also, the breakfast needs a potato option! Perfect other than that. Looking forward to our next stay there.

Loved it! Booked here for a quick getaway. The property is right on the beach - convenient and fantastic. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great as were the cookies put out in the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was our first stay, definitely will not be our last.

The hotel personnel are amiable. The Hottel location and the distance to the beach are fantastic.

Comfortable location. Takes four to six hours to get towels for the bathroom. Towels for the beach were hard to come by. Breakfast was good.

Trashy hotel and staff lack luster. I even contacted Hilton about the issues of mold and the all around cleanliness. Being given, nothing but a run around.

We throughly enjoy our stay. It was quiet and right on the beach. We have a family member with mobility issues and he was able to get back and forth from the beach without it taking a toll on him. The staff was absolutely fabulous. They were so nice and accommodating. While checking in we witnessed some hotel guests being rude to the staff and they handled it so well. Our hotel room was clean with a great beach view. I was able to use my digital key which came in more handy than I realized. Thank you for being a pet friendly hotel, they are becoming hard to find. Breakfast was good, it was about what I expected. We came for the beach so I can’t speak on the attractions around but everything was close by and within walking distance. We will be back next year!

Convenient to beach, dining, shopping. Very crowded and AC in room will leave you sleepless in June. Great breakfast if you don’t mind the crowd. Friendly staff.
