Location was awesome. Enjoyed the walk ability to Peg Legs restaurant. It was awesome. The furnishings were nice. We’ll stocked kitchen. Communication with the property staff was great. The bed was very comfortable.

The condo has a open space concept with kitchen, dining and living room with very nice decor, lots of space for entertaining and lots of games to play. Umbrella, chairs, and beach toys are provided. The pool is a good size. There is a restaurant and convenient store across the street. It is about 3 miles from the boardwalk.

Great location

Loved the location. Small condo, so beach was not overly crowded. Beach chairs/ umbrellas available for rent. Very short, easy walk to the beach front. Parking was great. Loved the easy walk to restaurant and gas station. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was lacking. We could tell the ice was really old and had an odor. Took out the bin to clean it and make fresh but noticed there was a very large disturbing amount of black mold in the shoot. The glasses and silverware were dirty. It appeared as if the last guest loaded the dishwasher but failed to run it, so they were all just pulled out and put away dirty. There was food coffee and soap still in the dishwasher. Spilled coffee still on kitchen counter. We could also see bodily fluid stains on the mattress cover under the sheet. I was grateful it was covered by a sheet, but that is still Really gross. The hot water heater was big enough to accommodate 2 people. However, it ran out of hot water even before I finished washing my hair with a 2n1. Would not stay here again.

Perfect location

We flew to Pensacola with the planto avoid renting a car. Worked out great! Restaurant and convenience were so close. Our condo had everything we needed. And the pool is very nice too. Thanks so much!

Great condo with great views! Stayed here for the Blue Angels weekend. Awesome to see the planes coming in from the balcony and beach. Good location and right on the water. Definitely bring extra household items..toilet paper, shampoo, etc. There’s not a large supply in the room. Would recommend and stay here again

Property views were beautiful. The cleanliness left something to be desired, as we had to clean the bathroom. A couple of maintenance issues were reported, hopefully to be fixed up on our departure. This is no fault of the owners, probably were not previously reported to the property manager. Bring your own non-stick frying pan, as the one provided is well-worn. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to relax!

This was a great place to relax and rest as well as hassle free parking, convenience of food and even a quick “pick-up-something” store right across the street! Very quiet and comfortable accommodations- our condo was absolutely the best condo; parked in front of elevators in the garage and got off right in front of our door! Very pleased and highly recommend staying here!

Great location

The condo is very clean and kitchen well stocked for cooking. Location was amazing. So close to the beach and just a walk from Peg Leg Pete’s, where we had great seafood and drinks. We also loved touring Fort Pickens, which was just a short 10 min drive.
