June 2023 stay - pros & cons from a seasoned traveler.

We came here for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration. We have rented homes in PCB at least five other times. I will start with the cons and end on a positive note with the pros. Cons: Only one door in and out of the house. Example, to go out to the pool you have to walk all the way down the front stairs and around the house. This is NOT safe in case of an emergency such as a fire. Also not convenient to get to and from the pool, hot tub, and grilling area. Wi-Fi service is not great. The house is big, they should invest in Wi-Fi boosters. You can’t watch the TV without it glitching out because of Wi-Fi service. Super annoying while trying to watch anything on the tv. The second floor balcony railing is flimsy! If you have kids, keep them off the balcony. We didn’t lean on it because the fear of it coming off the bolts. This house claims to have 5 bedrooms. This is not the case. One of the bedrooms is an office with no closet and a SMALL futon bed. The room has not air circulating in it either. Comfortably this house will fit 10 adults ONLY!! There is NO beach access. You have to walk a block to the beach entrance. Pros: The house is fully stocked with everything you cld possibly need for the pool and the beach. Pool toys. Beach chairs. Beach umbrellas. Beach wagons to cart your stuff. The kitchen is also stocked. Any kitchen tool you might need is there. We loved cooking in this kitchen! Overall the house is beautiful and comfy!

Family get away

Took the family out to the beach. Found this place and as soon as we got there, the place was fantastic. Very modern style to the house. I would definitely love to come back again soon. Getting onto the beach it was pretty nice since it didn’t have many people. We were able to enjoy a private time with everyone there.
