This stunning home is in the Santa Rosa Villa Estates. This luxurious beach home is everything you will need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen, living, and dining are all open to enjoy entertaining with everyone. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that adds so much seating: stunning light fixtures, beautiful backsplash, stainless appliances, and custom cabinets. The large private master is on the first floor, just off the living room. The master bath offers a beautiful walk-in shower. In addition, the master closet is very large and also offering a crib and changing table. The second floor has three spacious bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The second floor also has a separate living area with a sleeper sofa giving you and your guests plenty of room. There are a total of four balconies to enjoy fantastic water views! Two of the balconies are off the second floor and two off the first. Walk down to the beautifully landscaped yard, and there is another ground-floor deck. This neighborhood is located away from the busy part of the island and has so many amenities. The community pool and dock are both just a short walk away. You can enjoy the Santa Rosa sound or the emerald-blue Gulf of Mexico. This is the perfect vacation rental.

We had an amazing time. The neighborhood is in great location and a quick walk to the beach. The property management team were absolutely amazing and super friendly. I will definitely rent this property again on future trips to Pensacola.
