Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the location and proximity to the Gulf that this property offered. The Sound is right out the balcony door and the Gulf is across the street. The public access is a short walk from the driveway. We love Pensacola Beach and will likely look at this property availability upon our return. Just know, that it is an older unit with dated furnishings, but we were not looking for resort accommodations. The unit includes a washer/dryer located in the closet off the balcony. I had contacted the listing agent and was told that the unit did not include a washer/dryer. Other reviews left mixed info if the washer/dryer worked, so we opted not to risk it. If it is in working condition, it should be listed as an amenities. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised to find it available the week of the 4th at a cost efficient rate. (we opted to stay an extra day, as the cost was reasonable compared to less days at a nearby property). The listing agent texted upon our arrival to ensure that the property met our expectations, which was a nice gesture.

I loved it. The hallway reminded me of an old motel but when I opened the door to our condo I was presently surprised. All updated and nicely decorated.

Unit was nice but property was sketchy

Our unit was lovely on the inside and as pictured. However, we had to walk over dead cockroaches to get into our unit. The facility itself looked run down and not clean. I was questioning our safety. I could see light coming in from the outside hallway while in the bathroom and it kind of freaked me out because of the roaches in the outside hallway. The shower smelled mildewed. I’m sure just changing the curtain would take care of that. The place didn’t have cable just an antenna and the patio furniture consisted of aluminum fold up chairs. We were there to see our son at NAS Pensacola and the place served it’s purpose but I would not recommend it or return to it.

Great condo close to the beach, great location, wonderful beach, nice balcony view of the bay.We loved it!!
