Enjoy your coffee in the morning or favorite beverages at night on the large deck off the living room and dining room (downstairs master bedroom has access, too), or upstairs on the private deck off of 2nd master bedroom. The owner of this home has invested in beautiful Polywood balcony furniture for their guests' convenience, and has thoughtfully provided lots of beach toys and floats, a beach wagon, a cooler and chairs. This home sleeps 12 with 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Twin over Full bunk bed, Twin and 1 Queen sleeper sofa. Great kid's bunk room with plenty of toys and books! Enclosed garage for one car.

Place was decent. It is a beach house. Beds were ok (a bit sloped). Bottom step was cracked and one about 2/3 the way up. House is outdated, but it is good location and beach access.
