Luxury Gulf View home located at 307 Maldonado Drive is a dream come true! This incredible vacation home is located just steps to the white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of Pensacola Beach.

Step into pure luxury with all stainless steel appliances and top of the line chef's oven in the open kitchen. Plenty of space with an island bar accompaniment which includes a wine cooler and microwave oven. Extra refrigerator and high-end washer and dryer located in the laundry room as well. This home offers wide open living spaces, an elevator for medical use(please let us know ahead of time if this is needed), a private pool, and a plethora of seating on the covered decks for enjoying the beach breeze.

Bedrooms are very spacious and all have their own private bathrooms. King & twin rollaway bed in the master, king & twin rollaway bed in 2nd bedroom, one king in 3rd bedroom, 2 queens in 4th bedroom & 2 sets of bunk beds (3 twins and 3 fulls) in 5th bedroom. At the end of a sun soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs throughout. Wireless internet and gas grill is provided.
