Fresh apples, pears, blueberries, blackberries and seasonal items. We are located on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail and in close proximity to breweries, distilleries, and vineyards. We are close to Keuka Lake and all that it has to offer (swimming, boating, fishing). Come feel the country vibe on 5 private acres with all the local flora and fauna.

Short fall stay

My wife and I stayed for two nights, comfortable house with interesting gardens. House was very clean. Did not matter to us but second bedroom has very low ceiling. Main bedroom had nice mattress. Easy check in and was nice and warm with lights on when we arrived which was a nice touch. Clearly they make an effort to make your stay comfortable as they can. Even a little toilet paper flower in the spare roll.

Beautiful property! So much more than I expected. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate and we were unable to fully enjoy it. I will definitely recommend this property and hopefully return in the near future!

Don't think twice about booking this adorable cottage!

My husband and I are so happy we chose to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary at the cottage! Private, peaceful, and quite perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the owner was very responsive to any questions and extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to coming back again in the future! :)

The location is awesome as it is tucked away having a lot of privacy. The house and property were beautiful. John the owner and Andrew the property a manger were great with communication. I highly recommend!!!
