Villa Solmar Peniscola

Loué pour 10 personnes (6 adultes et 4 enfants) , Vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine insuffisants pour les 10 personnes. Jardin non entretenu, très broussailleux; pas de table pour 10 personnes... La piscine avait une fuite d'eau... Pour l'accès au jardin et à la piscine, obligation de passer par une chambre ou, éventuellement, sortir de la villa et passer par un escalier extérieur. Voiture obligatoire pour accéder au centre ville ou à la plage. Point positif: situation de la villa sur les hauteurs et au calme.

Una experiencia genial, la casa está muy bien para grupos de amigos o familias. La ubicación es genial si se busca tranquilidad. Asdin fue el chico que nos la enseñó y nos trató estupendamente!!! Un 10 para él, Asdin se preocupó de que no nos faltase nada en todo momento y resolvió todas nuestras dudas.

Casa ideal para ir con amigos o grupos de gente. Limpia, buena ubicación y un trato por parte del propietario excelente. La casa muy grande y el jardín con piscina ideal para pasar una muy buena jornada con amigos. ¡Seguro que repetimos!

Casa para fiestas

La limpieza de la casa deja mucho que desear, restos de colillas por toda la casa (sofas, terraza, cesped…) cuando llegamos habia botellas de cristal de los anteriores inquilinos. Los baños sucios tambien. En general la casa muy dejada en todos los aspectos y eso que te cobran 80€ anticipados por la supuesta limpieza… La cocina incompleta, no teniamos ni un tenedor, la cafetera rota. Un desastre La piscina bien, pero pierde agua y al día siguiente nos hemos encontrado con mitad piscina vacia. Estaba el fondo muy sucio, lleno de monedas y cosas misteriosas. La casa en general bastante dejada para el precio que se paga. Es un alojamiento pensado para gente que no le da importancia a la limpieza o para despedidas de solter@.

La comunicación con el propietario fue buena. La estancia fue agradable en general, con todo bastante limpio. Por poner un pero, algunas partes de la casa estaban un poco viejas y haría falta arreglarlas. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.
