Easy parking, spacious home.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. This is a fun beach town to visit. Highly recommend.

Falta de atención al cliente

Estuvimos 6 personas el fin de semana de pascua. El apartamento en sí no está mal, tiene dos habitaciones dobles y un sofá cama, como dice el anuncio. Pero pronto empezaron las sorpresas... El primer problema que encontramos fue tener que acudir a un restaurante, ubicado en plena zona turística en el que no se podía aparcar el coche si no era en un Parking, para recoger las llaves del apartamento. Cabe decir también que no nos indicaron debidamente la dirección del restaurante y tuvimos que preguntar un par de veces para localizar el lugar. Otro problema fue que no había mantas, cosa que nos advirtieron pero cuando estábamos realizando el viaje (hizo bastante frío ese fin de semana, por lo que fue un inconveniente considerable). Un par de nosotros cogimos mantas de casa, pero no resultaron suficientes para 6 personas. Sería recomendable ponerlo desde un principio en las especificaciones del anuncio. Pero el principal problema fue que no iba la luz demasiado bien. Al mirar el cuadro, vimos que había saltado el diferencial. Probamos desenchufando varios electrodomésticos y resultó que era por el termo eléctrico. Revisamos el fusible del enchufe y estaba todo bien. Lo hablamos con el propietario y no hubo respuesta… Así que pasamos los 3 días sin mantas y sin agua caliente. Algo bastante importante para cualquier alojamiento, en nuestra opinión… De otro modo, también se especificaba en el anuncio conexión a Internet y no hubo manera de conectarnos a la red desde ninguno de nuestros dispositivos (lo cual resultó un mal menor al disponer cada uno de tarifa de datos, pero no nos parece acertado que no se comprobara previamente para asegurarse de que todo funcionaba bien). En resumen, una serie de infortunios que no hicieron muy agradable nuestra estancia, aunque supimos sobrellevar con buen humor. Confiamos que puedan solucionar tales detalles de cara al futuro.

tres bien conforme

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour Mention tres bien pour Adam tres serviable et qui est meme venu a notre rencontre a notre arrivée car nous étions perdus. Les points (un peu) negatifs la location est sur une hauteur et la pente est raide la voiture est bienvenue pour aller a la plage ou le stationnement est payant

Buena relación calidad-precio

Somos un grupo de 6 amigos de 25 años que acabamos de pasar una semana en este apartamento de Peñíscola. El apartamento es tal cual se describe en la web, no tiene lujos pero es acogedor y está bien. La piscina comunitaria, aunque no esté pegada al apartamento, también está muy bien. Nos vamos contentos, hemos disfrutado de buenos días en un ambiente tranquilo (aunque si eres joven buscas fiesta, Peñíscola no es el mejor lugar :S), ideal para familias y relax.
