We are convinced that you spend probably one of the best holidays experiences respecting RELAXATION, TRANQUILITY AND COMFORT. Ideal location to experience rewarding sensations just as SILENCE, SPACE AND WELFARE. Exclusive Villa located within in a field of one hectare of orange plantation, with a house built of 220 m / 2 to two levels, in which you can enjoy big spaces and feeling full liberty. Nice and large terrace where you may enjoy the sunrise breakfasting. You will have a large private swimming pool of 6x12 (fenced) to enjoy a nice swim and be the delight of the little ones and all this at 200 meters from the beach. The arrival day you will find the beds made with one set of towels per person and all rooms with air conditioning. You have 10 bikes including 4 with child seat will be free at your disposal during your stay. Daily cleaning of the pool and its surroundings.Boules court (15X3) and turf area of +/- 200 mts/2 for play football.

Absolutely perfect

We stayed at this amazing villa for a week and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The location is ideal and the villa is very well equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. We loved the games, the huge pool, the excellent barbecue and the wonderful outside space. The showers in each bathroom were excellent, and the beds were so comfortable! There is nothing about this villa that I would change. The host, Didier, was wonderful and made us all feel very welcome. We made good use of the bikes which we used to explore the surrounding areas. Beautiful location, beautiful villa. We will definitely book to go back.

Very nice location and outstanding outdoor facilites

Didier is a very nice host who took excelent care of us and has always been reactive to our demands. The house is very close to the beach and have a huge garden with a nice pool. The barbecue and the terrasse area are very well equiped and confer a real privacy. Unfortunately the furniture (especially the beds and the pool deck chairs) are damaged or of a poor quality and are not up to the standard of the house.

Magnifique séjour e famille que des bons cotés. À revivre absolument !!!!!

Vacances en famille 12 personnes parents 4 enfants 6 petits enfants beaucoup d’activités à notre disposition: piscine, vélos, jeu de pétanque, billard, Ping Pong, babyfoot, magnifique orangeraie et oliveraie, oranges à volonté, ballade à pied le long de la plage de Peniscola à 200m de la propriété, propriétaire très sympathique très à l’écoute…..excellent séjour à refaire c’est sûr nous reviendrons.👍😎😎👍

Wenn man Bilder in einer Anzeige sieht und den Text liest, macht man sich gewisse Vorstellungen und Wünsche für den Urlaub. Für uns haben sich diese zu mindestens 100Prozent erfüllt. Haus und Grundstück mit der ganzen Ausstattung und Möglichkeiten super. Lage zum Strand, Restaurants usw. sehr gut. Dazu gibt es einen Gastgeber, der sich um alles kümmert und umsorgt, damit es einem gut geht. Alles in Allem, es war perfekt und da wir nicht bleiben können, kommen wir halt wieder.

Exceptionnel villa et environs

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette superbe villa avec des espaces magnifiques que ce soit le jardin avec les oliviers et les orangers, le terrain de foot/ de pétanque ou la salle de jeux. La piscine est superbe et magnifiquement entretenu tous les matins. La villa possède tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer un séjour de rêve. Tout peux se faire à pied ou en vélo restaurant, aire de jeux, supermarché, etc… Le soir vous pourrez vous promener le long de la plage en famille et profiter. Emplacement idéal pour les familles. Didier a été au top et nous a reçu comme de la famille. Il nous a transmis toutes les infos pour passer un super séjour. Nous reviendrons chez Didier et vous pouvez y aller sans aucun problème. Que du bonheur !!!!!!!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une maison agréable, un jardin avec piscine et palmiers 🌴🌴. La maison était propre, et Didier le propriétaire à notre écoute, très sympathique, parle très bien français. Pour la deuxième fois, incroyable !

Deuxième fois que nous allons dans cette villa. Et toujours pas déçu. Didier est très à l'écoute, réactif. Son français est d'un grand aide. Que dire de la villa. Piscine superbe, les transats et parasols ne manquent pas. Le barbecue d'été est très fonctionnel. La climatisation dans les chambres est juste parfaite. La salle de jeux ainsi que le terrain de pétanque et foot nous permettent de nous détendre pour les personnes qui n'aiment pas le farniente. La piste cyclable ainsi que les vélos à disposition nous permet de ce rendre au château très facilement. La terrasse à l'ombre est un très bon point. Je vous recommande cette villa les yeux fermés.

Une grande propriété avec toutes les commodités dont une famille peut jouir en 2021. À 200m de la plage. Seuls bémols (personne n'étant parfait 😉): l'absence de passage piétons et de sécurité à la sortie de la propriété à pied, et la connexion internet assez moyenne... Autrement c'est le top. Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen ! Das Ambiente ist außergewöhlich, und sehr gut ! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war von anfag an sehr gut und freundlich. Die Unterkunft hat den Namen Villa zurecht. Sie liegt in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem in unmittelbarer Nähe des Strandes und guter Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, und der Pool wird täglich gesäubert. Es war sicherlich nicht unser letzter Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft !

Nous avons passez de superbes vacances dans cette magnifique villa cachée au fond d'une orangeraie. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien : la magnifique piscine, la salle de jeux, la cuisine extérieure, les vélos (indispensables pour nous), le calme, la proximité de la plage et des commerces, des restaurants, et un propriétaire très disponible et accueillant avec de bons conseils. Sans oublier cette superbe région et Peniscola ! Ghis et Patrick.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in absolut guter Lage

Wir (vier Erwachsene) waren für 9 Tage im Ferienhaus von Didier. Absolut ruhige Lage und trotzdem nah am Strand- und Nachtleben. Alles sehr sauber, der Pool wurde z.B. tägl. gereinigt und auch sonst war die Betreuung durch Didier hervorragend. Wir würden wieder dort hin fahren. Alles super!

un petit coin de paradis

Super séjour chez Didier. Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. La maison est très bien équipée, au calme mais proche de la plage. la présence de vélos est plus qu' appréciable, une piste cyclable passe devant la maison. La piscine est magnifique. TV française. Péniscola est très jolie, nombreux restaurants , certains sont francophones. De plus , Didier est un hôte aux petits soins pour ses locataires et parle très bien français ! Vous n'avez plus qu'à poser vos valises ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Muchas gracias.
